Pedorthic Assessments

A lower extremity biomechanical assessment costs $50.00. This is for the appointment only.

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before they are to occur or appointments that are missed will be charged the full appointment fee.

Custom Orthotics

Barks Pedorthics custom orthotics are $525 per pair. Additional pairs of orthotics can be purchased for $425 per pair. Upon placing an order for custom orthotics a $200 down payment is taken; this is not an extra fee, it is applied to the total amount due when the finished orthotics are dispensed.
